Pulling It All Together

If the Design and Development have been completed diligently, this part of the process should be the most straightforward!

User interfaces have been approved, the system built and installed in the space according to the design documentation and the system fully tested to ensure it will function as expected. If all has gone well up to this point the only thing that should be able to cause issues in getting the system up and running is the site cabling, or the failure of other trades to deliver such things as power & data as expected.
